Return Policy for Online Purchases

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the customer has the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract without providing any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition – unused, undamaged, with intact packaging (if applicable), and accompanied by all related documents and accessories. A completed return form must also be submitted, which can be downloaded from our website or provided upon request.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after we have received the returned goods and a correctly completed return form.
The amount will be refunded exclusively via bank transfer, and the customer is required to provide accurate bank account details (IBAN, account holder's name, and bank name) in the return form.
